About the role
Join the House of Spells team at our Times Square location. You will guide guests through immersive fandom experiences, recommend collectibles and merchandise, and deliver memorable customer service in a high-energy retail environment.
Qualifications
1+ years retail or hospitality experience preferred. Passion for fandom culture. Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends. Strong communication skills.
