Full Job Description: House of Spells is seeking an outgoing, highly connected Territory Specialist to join our massive Times Square flagship store! We are a premium retail destination celebrating the worlds of Lord of the Rings, Anime, Harry Potter and more. If you are a natural networker who loves building partnerships, organizing events, and capturing engaging digital content, this hybrid role is perfect for you. You will act as the face of our brand in the NYC community, driving in-store revenue and supplying our marketing teams with the media they need to showcase our magic to the world. What You Will Do Day-to-Day: - Outreach & Networking: Actively prospect and reach out to local fandom groups, educational institutions, corporate companies, and event agencies to build B2B relationships. - Coordinate Executive Meetings: Pitch the House of Spells experience to secure high-value meetings for our management team to discuss long-term partnerships and collaborations. - Book & Run Events: Generate leads for and organize in-store events (such as private birthday celebrations, fandom meetups, and corporate team-building) to create additional revenue streams. - Content Capture: Act as the on-the-ground media creator, shooting high-quality photos and videos of store activities, vibrant customer experiences, and special events. - Support Global Marketing: Supply your captured media assets directly to our central team to fuel our broader digital marketing execution roadmaps and global content production.

The Inventory, Fulfilment & Replenishment Coordinator is the critical operational link between the Purchasing Department, Sales Floor, Cashiers, and E-Commerce logistics. Operating under the core principle that "the right product, at the right place, at the right price, at the right time," you are responsible for receiving and verifying deliveries, executing scheduled floor replenishments, maintaining absolute pricing accuracy, and fulfilling customer shipment orders.
