About the role
The Assistant Manager is a dynamic floor leader responsible for translating House of Spells' operational philosophy into daily execution. You will oversee the Sales Associates, Cashiers, and Inventory teams, ensuring that the sales floor is fully replenished, checkout experiences are flawless, and zone standards remain at a premium level. You will lead daily shift briefings, manage on-floor escalations, and evaluate staff using strict KPI scorecards and mystery shopper data.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in a structured retail or flagship environment. - Strong analytical skills to monitor store inventory discrepancies, approve stock adjustments, and review monthly compliance audits. - Excellent leadership communication to conduct pre-shift briefings, handle team handovers, and provide real-time coaching. - Ability to strictly enforce SOPs, attendance policies, and loss prevention strategies.
