An AEDT is software that substantially assists or replaces discretionary decision-making in evaluating candidates, such as automated resume screening or scoring.

Before any AEDT scoring occurs, you will be asked to provide consent. You may opt for manual review instead. Annual bias audit summaries are available upon request to careers@houseofspells.com.
