About the role
The Inventory, Fulfilment & Replenishment Coordinator is the critical operational link between the Purchasing Department, Sales Floor, Cashiers, and E-Commerce logistics. Operating under the core principle that "the right product, at the right place, at the right price, at the right time," you are responsible for receiving and verifying deliveries, executing scheduled floor replenishments, maintaining absolute pricing accuracy, and fulfilling customer shipment orders.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills to maintain flagship-standard stockroom cleanliness and safe storage. - High attention to detail to verify deliveries, report vendor discrepancies, and audit product barcodes and promotional labels. - Ability to perform daily spot checks, weekly cycle counts, and monthly stock audits to maintain a minimum 98% inventory accuracy. - Comfortable using inventory systems (such as Lightspeed) to process stock adjustments and track shipments.
