About the role
The Cashier is the final brand ambassador a customer meets before leaving House of Spells. Focused on the philosophy that "The Last Impression Is The Last Opportunity," you are responsible for delivering a fast, friendly, and memorable checkout experience. You will accurately process transactions, actively promote House of Spells tote bags and loyalty memberships, verify discount eligibility, and identify customers who require global shipping services.
Qualifications
- High accuracy and integrity in cash handling and point-of-sale operations. - Strict attention to detail to manually scan every individual product for inventory accuracy without using unauthorized quantity shortcuts. - Strong communication skills to confidently explain loyalty program benefits, promotional gifts, and shipping options. - Ability to maintain a fully stocked, organized, and customer-ready checkout zone.
