About the role
At House of Spells, our Sales Associates are "Zone Owners". During your shift, you take full ownership of a designated fandom area and act as its custodian. You are responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, maintaining perfect visual merchandising and display alignment, actively recovering displays after customer interactions, and driving commercial performance by offering shopping baskets and promoting our loyalty and global shipping services.
Qualifications
• Enthusiasm and passion for fandom culture (Harry Potter, Anime, Movies, Gaming, etc.). • Proactive, approachable demeanor with the ability to make every customer feel welcomed without being intrusive. • Dedication to high visual standards, including carrying a microfiber cloth to maintain dust-free, premium product presentations. • Keen awareness of loss prevention to discreetly monitor and report suspicious behaviors.
